We can provide support at one of these levels:

  • ServiceCall Routing: Using this approach you are providing a single point of contact to your callers. We are taking the call, logging the call, and simply escalating to your internal team according to pre-defined processes.
  • FireCall Issues: Using this approach we would offload some of the support from you by resolving calls associated with the most frequent problems impacting your support staff. All higher end (tier 3 and above) calls would be escalated to your internal team according an agreed process.
  • AdHoc Support: Using this approach you would provide our team with training on your application(s) in order to resolve a high percentage of calls upon first contact.
  • Full On-Site: This approach allows for our technicians to service your equipment onsite and eliminate any areas of stagnation which would hamper customer response time. This option can be an add-on package for any of the oursourced IT services.
