Question:
What causes foot pain?

Answer:
Wearing shoes that don't fit properly is the reason most people (particularly women) have foot problems. With age, feet often grow longer and wider. Go shopping for shoes in the afternoon when your feet are at their largest due to swelling. It is recommended that heels on shoes not exceed 1 inch. See foot pain.
