Answer:
Stress relievers are different for everyone. Some people find that if they do something physical when they get home from work, it helps to relieve stress. It is good to schedule some leisure time into your day. Spend quality time with your children. Learn to make things with your hands (needlepoint, for example). Practice relaxation techniques that are easy to learn, such as controlled breathing.
